The Challenge

Cardiological vital signals streamed via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) suffered frequent packet drops and delayed UI rendering, rendering the app unreliable for cardiac patient monitoring.

Our Approach

We built a customized Dart BLE listener that runs with high system priority. Data packets are parsed into binary frames and plotted directly onto a hardware-accelerated canvas, minimizing render latency.

The Outcome

Reduced heartbeat telemetry delay to under 150ms, achieved a 99.8% BLE packet ingestion rate, and successfully deployed the app across 5 active hospital wards.
